This is is good book.

This book is well written and concise and I found it a wonderful introduction to CBT. I intend to read it again tomorrow and to take notes.
Since the root of nearly all emotional problems stems from negative thinking, in some form, this little book can hold the key to getting at the root of and correcting the ways in which we hurt ourselves. Well done.
